International Ordering Policy, Conditions and Policies
Quotes are provided manually via email and can be paid through PayPal (PayPal payment link can be sent to your email address on request) or bank wire transfer. Credit card payments can be accepted through PayPal’s system. The accepted currency is Japanese Yen (JPY). Please note that currency conversion must be handled through PayPal or your bank. Consult your financial institution for conversion rates and transfer fees, as these will vary by bank.
We would ask for the following information to make a quote please:
*Please make sure your email address is correct and white-lists emails from “@monster-sport.com”, “@tajima-motor.com” domains.
- Shipping: Our standard shipping is by Express Mail Service (EMS) which is a service provided by the Universal Postal Union with tracking and insurance. All parcels via EMS will be shipped with insurance without exception, and the insurance fee is included in the quoted shipping charge.
- Due to parcel size limitations of EMS, we cannot ship large items such as hoods/bonnets, bumpers or large mufflers. Alternatively we may be able to provide shipping quotes from FedEx, DHL or UPS however please note their rates are oftentimes triple or more compared to EMS. Customers may arrange for a forwarding agent to handle import/export and delivery. In this case, we can ship to the forwarder’s warehouse in Japan (domestic shipping charges and 10% Japanese consumption tax will apply).
- We take great care to inspect all products for faults and pack them securely in a shipping carton. In the event of out-of-box damage or damage during international transit, we will provide reasonable support to help you file a claim with the courier.
- Please note that the recipient must record detailed photographic evidence of the exterior and interior of the shipping box, as well as the damage to the product itself. This evidence will be required by the courier’s claims department.
- Import Tax is your duty and your sole responsibility in accordance with the laws of your country. When the parcel arrives at your country's import customs, your government may or may not levy an applicable import tax. Typically, the courier will collect this tax.
(Please do not ask us to undervalue commercial invoices, as this is illegal and a violation of Japanese tax law.)
- Monster Sport Products are specifically designed for Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) models. Our products are primarily intended for sale within Japan. All product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings are provided in Japanese.
We cannot guarantee compatibility or fitment with equivalent models available overseas. Non-JDM models may have unique features, region-specific optimizations, or different parts/components that could cause incompatibility. Further, there are models available overseas exclusively and unavailable in Japan. Unfortunately, we do not have detailed information on the specific differences for each regional market and cannot answer fitment questions.
- We cannot offer support for products that have been modified or incorrectly installed. Any modifications or improper installations may result in damage or injury. We highly recommend having our products installed by a certified professional to ensure proper fitment and safety.
- Exterior Products, especially Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) products such as aerodynamic wings and hoods, require a weatherproof clear coating finish for longevity. For products that are unpainted, they should be painted by a professional body shop or specialist.

Strong but Fragile: There is a common misconception that carbon fiber is very strong and does not break easily. This is actually incorrect. While carbon fiber is well known to be strong for its weight, it is also brittle. This means it can break or crack easily if subjected to sudden impacts, heavy knocks or even light taps on hard surface. As a material, carbon fiber tends to shatter or crack under stress. They are not as impact-resistant as other materials used on your vehicle.
- Handle with Care:
BE GENTLE when handling carbon fiber parts. Proper handling will help prevent accidental damage.
ENSURE you do not drop the product box and align it with the proper orientation as indicated on the box.
DO NOT stand the box upright for GT Wings (rear spoiler). If the box is stood upright (long side in vertical position), it is in the most vulnerable position and risks causing the carbon fiber to crack.
*Each carbon fiber product is carefully inspected to be without fault when it is shipped from our warehouse. Any damage found on product occurred after leaving our facility. Be mindful when handling the product box yourself and also upon receiving from delivery person. When receiving the box from delivery person, make sure to inspect the box for any signs of dents, punctures, rips/tears or any indication of mishandling during its transport. If any suspicion, please take photos as evidence in case of damage claims to courier.
- Orders that present an unreasonable high risk, are unfeasible to complete, or yield no profit after accounting for staff expenses will be declined.
E.g. If a customer requests delivery to a hotel during a 3-day stay in Japan, we may accommodate this under favorable conditions. However, placing an order just before the stay is high-risk and will be declined. 10-15 day advance notice would be an acceptable time frame in order to confirm stock, settle payment, confirm payment received, pick and pack, and finally ship out.
Kindly note: We make available Monster Sport products for our overseas enthusiasts as part of our service to our fans worldwide. Due to our cost structure, profits are directly impacted. We hope for your understanding when we say there are no discounts.
